Banner Creative is a design studio run by Jarrid Jepson in Warman, Saskatchewan. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

When you fill out the Start a Project form, we collect what you type into it: your name, business name, email, and optionally your phone number, website or Instagram, and the details of your project, timeline and budget.

If you're a client, the brand discovery questionnaire collects answers about your business so we can do the work.

If you signed up to hear when the site launched, we have your email address.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We use this only in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.

To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and do the project if you hire us. To send the launch announcement you asked for. To keep the site working and secure.

We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

A few trusted services help run this site: Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox, Lovable and Cloudflare host the site, and Supabase stores the launch email list. Each only handles the information it needs to do that job. Some of these services may store data outside Canada.

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It saves one small setting in your browser so the intro animation only plays once per visit. Nothing about you is stored in it.

We keep inquiry and project information as long as we need it to respond, do the work and keep proper business records. After that it's deleted. You can unsubscribe from the launch list at any time using the link in the email.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email jarrid@bannercreative.ca and we'll respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
